Fearwin will respond to data rights requests within 30 days. Where a request is complex or multiple requests are received simultaneously, we may extend this by a further 30 days with notice to you. 11 Children's Privacy
Fearwin is not intended for persons under the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21. As part of the registration process, Fearwin collects date of birth and may request identity documents to verify age.
If Fearwin discovers that a registered account belongs to a person under 21, the account will be immediately closed, any balance returned to the payment source used for deposits, and the personal data deleted except where retention is required by law.

12 Marketing Communications

Fearwin will publish a summary notice on its website whenever a breach notification is issued to affected players.
