Fearwin Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Fearwin platform at fearwin.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with Fearwin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the full agreement between you and Fearwin.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Fearwin platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These terms are written in English (Philippine English) and the English version governs in all cases. Fearwin reserves the right to translate these terms for informational purposes, but the English version is the authoritative document in the event of any conflict.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Location Requirements

To register and play on Fearwin, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be physically located in the Philippines when accessing the platform.
• Not be prohibited from participating in online gaming under any applicable law or regulation.
• Not be a current employee, director, or agent of Fearwin or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

2.2 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and preferred payment method details. Fearwin reserves the right to request supporting documents — such as a valid government-issued ID — to verify your identity at any point.

Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each person may register only one Fearwin account. If Fearwin detects multiple accounts linked to the same person — through shared devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or any other means — all accounts may be suspended and balances may be voided pending investigation.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Fearwin account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your Fearwin account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify Fearwin support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Fearwin will never ask you for your password by email, chat, or phone. Any communication claiming to be from Fearwin that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

Fearwin is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including sharing credentials, using weak passwords, or accessing your account on unsecured networks.

4 Deposits and Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Fearwin accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. Fearwin reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit screen.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Fearwin does not charge processing fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited to your Fearwin wallet may only be used for gaming on the platform and cannot be transferred to other users.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on Fearwin are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). All displayed amounts, balances, stakes, and prize values are in PHP. Fearwin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (identity documents provided and approved). Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending verification. Fearwin processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.

5.2 Processing Times

Fearwin aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• GCash and Maya: Typically within 5–30 minutes during business hours.
• InstaPay/PESONet: Typically within 1–3 business hours.
• Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank): 1 business day.
• Visa/Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. Fearwin reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for large withdrawals, which may extend processing time.

5.4 Bonus Funds

Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Only the real-money portion of your balance that meets withdrawal conditions can be cashed out. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Fearwin offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the promotions page at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified account in good standing.
• Each player may claim each bonus offer once only, unless the offer explicitly states it is recurring.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified claim window. Expired offers cannot be retroactively applied.
• Fearwin reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) that must be bet before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified on each promotion's individual terms page.

Bets placed on certain game types (e.g., table games with low house edge) may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Fearwin monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: using bonuses to place opposing bets (bonus hedging), withdrawing without genuine gaming intent, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, Fearwin reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and close the account.

7 Games and Betting Rules

Each game category on Fearwin — including Bingo, Pusoy, Fishing Games, Card Games, PBA Betting, Virtual Sports, and Esports Betting — has its own specific rules and payout structures. These are published within the relevant game or section on the platform.

• Minimum and maximum stakes are displayed within each game or betting market before you confirm a wager.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement. In sports and esports betting, once a bet is confirmed in the betslip, it is final.
• Disconnection during a game: Where a game is interrupted by a connection failure, the result will be determined based on the game state at the point of disconnection using Fearwin's server records. Reconnection allowances vary by game type and are detailed in individual game rules.
• Match and event cancellations: For sports and esports markets, if an event is cancelled and not replayed within the platform's void window, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned.
• Incorrect odds or prices: Fearwin reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical or human error. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.

8 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Fearwin is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating, hacking, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or using any form of artificial intelligence, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer games such as Pusoy.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent promotional restrictions, account bans, or betting limits.
• Placing bets that form part of a coordinated effort to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (known as arbitrage or bonus hedging).
• Attempting to manipulate, disrupt, or interfere with Fearwin's platform, servers, or game integrity systems.
• Using the Fearwin platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing prohibited activities.

Fearwin's integrity team monitors gameplay and transaction patterns continuously. Accounts found in breach of fair play rules may be suspended without notice, and any balance may be held pending investigation. Fearwin cooperates fully with relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

9 Responsible Gaming

Fearwin operates with a genuine commitment to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their activity and encourage everyone to use the platform as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or an escape from personal difficulties.

9.1 Available Tools

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be raised for 7 days after a reduction.
• Session reminders: Set time-based reminders that notify you of how long you have been playing in a session.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen summaries of your net session activity.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your account. Temporary suspensions can be set for periods between 24 hours and 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

9.2 Fearwin's Obligations

Fearwin will not knowingly allow minors to play on the platform. Fearwin will not market to players who have self-excluded. Fearwin staff are trained to identify signs of problem gaming and may proactively reach out to players whose account activity raises concern.

10 Privacy and Data

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Fearwin platform — including the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and design — is the intellectual property of Fearwin or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Fearwin content without prior written authorisation.

Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Fearwin for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense or transfer access to another party.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fearwin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Fearwin is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or opportunity due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these terms, including failure to maintain account security.
• Acts of third parties, including payment processors, internet service providers, or device manufacturers.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.

13 Account Suspension and Closure

13.1 Suspension by Fearwin

Fearwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is detected or suspected.
• Account activity triggers AML or fraud alerts requiring investigation.
• A self-exclusion request is received.
• Continued operation of the account would violate applicable law or regulation.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any balance will be held until the investigation concludes. If no breach is found, the balance will be released. If a breach is confirmed, Fearwin may forfeit all or part of the balance in accordance with the relevant policy.

13.2 Closure by Player

You may close your Fearwin account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after applicable checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

14 Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint about Fearwin, please contact our support team first via live chat or email at support@fearwin.best. Provide as much detail as possible, including your account username, the date and time of the issue, and a description of what happened.

Fearwin aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 business days. For complex disputes requiring investigation, resolution may take up to 30 days. You will be kept informed of progress throughout.

If you are not satisfied with Fearwin's resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence Fearwin operates. Details of the relevant regulator are available in the platform's regulatory information section.

15 Changes to These Terms

Fearwin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Fearwin will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continuing to use the Fearwin platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must cease using the platform and may close your account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

16 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through Fearwin's complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

By registering and using Fearwin, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
